This service is for applicants who have already chosen a Turkish school or university and hold an acceptance or enrolment letter, and now need hands-on help turning it into a submitted student visa application and, after arrival, a student residence permit. It is narrower and faster than FTurkey's student visa consulting, which is aimed at the earlier decision stage before a program is chosen; here the focus is document preparation, form completion and tracking the application through to a decision, not choosing a school or planning a study path.

Assemble the file your acceptance letter unlocks

With an acceptance letter in hand, a typical file includes the letter itself, a valid passport, passport-style photographs, proof of accommodation in Turkey, evidence of sufficient funds to cover tuition and living costs, and valid health insurance; some nationalities also need the visa itself before travelling, applied for at a Turkish consulate or through the e-Visa system where the applicant's nationality and study purpose qualify. FTurkey can check your specific document set against your nationality and the school's requirements, flag anything missing or likely to need translation or notarisation, and help you complete the application form accurately.

Submitting and tracking the application

Within an agreed written scope, FTurkey can help submit the consulate or e-Visa application, monitor its status, and relay any request for additional documents or an interview back to you promptly so it can be answered without delay. The consulate or relevant authority alone decides whether to issue the visa, and may take longer or request more information for an individual file without explanation; no processing time or outcome can be guaranteed.

After arrival: the student residence permit

A student visa is typically a single- or limited-entry document for travel to Turkey; once enrolled, most students must apply for a student residence permit (öğrenci ikamet izni) through e-ikamet, generally within a set period after entry or before the visa's validity ends. FTurkey can help you prepare that application — the enrolment confirmation, proof of address, health insurance and financial evidence it requires — and book the appointment at the provincial migration directorate, though the in-person appointment and biometric enrolment are conducted directly between you and the authority.

What this service does not cover

This service does not include choosing a school or program, evaluating alternative destinations, or advising on which type of visa or long-term study strategy suits you; that broader planning is covered separately under FTurkey's student visa consulting. It also does not include academic admission itself, which remains between you and the educational institution, or any guarantee that the consulate or migration authority will approve your file.
