Describe the commercial matter or relationship

Share the agreement, correspondence, invoice or company document at the centre of the matter, along with the parties involved, the relevant dates, and the outcome you are seeking. For a company law question, include the articles of association (esas sözleşme), shareholder registry information and trade registry (ticaret sicili) extracts where available. For a payment dispute, note the amounts, due dates and any prior demand letters sent. A clear, dated record of communications between the parties is often more useful at this stage than a legal argument.

Within an agreed written scope, FTurkey can help prepare a factual summary of a commercial relationship, organise company records for a due diligence or trade registry filing, and track correspondence with a counterparty or a government office. Support for administrative company filings — for example, gathering documents for a trade registry update — can be scoped as a standalone item, separate from a contested dispute that requires legal representation.

Timelines and enforcement considerations

Contractual notice periods, statutory limitation periods for commercial claims, and procedural deadlines in enforcement proceedings (icra takibi) are set by Turkish law and the terms of the relevant agreement, not by FTurkey. A delay in raising a claim or responding to a notice can weaken or extinguish it, so time-sensitive matters should be shared as early as possible, ideally with the underlying documents attached.
