Turkey operates an e-Visa system (evisa.gov.tr) for nationals of many countries, allowing an online application for a short business or tourism stay; nationals of other countries must apply for a sticker visa through a Turkish consulate or an authorised visa application centre. Whether e-Visa is available to you, how many days you may stay, and whether single or multiple entry is granted depend entirely on your nationality and the bilateral visa policy in force — FTurkey can help you check which route applies but does not set or influence that policy.

Gather the documents a business trip typically requires

Beyond a valid passport and passport photos, business travel commonly requires an invitation letter from the Turkish company or organisation you are visiting, evidence of your own company's registration and activity, a description of the planned meetings or activity, and proof of return travel and accommodation. If you are attending a specific trade fair or event, an official invitation or registration confirmation strengthens the file. Keep the business visa and a work permit separate

A business visa does not authorise you to take up a position, draw a salary, or perform ongoing operational work for a Turkish entity; that requires a separate work permit application, generally initiated by the employing company. If your trip may extend into actual employment, secondment or a longer commercial presence, that should be planned as a distinct matter with its own scope rather than assumed to follow automatically from a business visa.
